Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
Shipping Times
We ship worldwide from our supplier network. Estimated delivery times:
- UAE: 5–10 business days
- GCC (Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman): 7–12 business days
- UK and Europe: 8–15 business days
- USA and Canada: 8–15 business days
- Australia and New Zealand: 10–18 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
Please note these are estimates. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high-demand periods (holidays, sale events).

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery at any time.
Customs and Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. Rhyee is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at admin@rhyee.com within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
